The problem
How it works
The delivery arrives. Someone scans it with the phone. Stock goes up, the lot gets its date, the invoice waits for your approval.
Service runs. Every dish sold takes its ingredients out of stock, to the recipe, whether the sale came from here or from your till.
Next morning the food cost is already worked out, per dish and per site. Worked out, not estimated.
Product
The right figures are no use when they arrive late. NexusERP holds all four in one place, and every one of them is worked out from the same stock movement.
From the order to the shelf, from the recipe to the margin: every movement stays joined to the next.
From the movement to the shortage.
Every order has a reason.
A cost that tracks what happened.
Knowing what to protect.

Try it
One ingredient in four has no confirmed purchase price. So the engine offers no selling price at all.
The principle
If one ingredient has no known cost, the engine suggests no selling price. A partial sum is not a total, and the margin worked out from one is always wrong in the direction that loses you money.
When a figure does not exist the screen shows a dash and explains why. Never a zero, which looks like a real value and reads like good news.
Declare a 12.5 kg loss on a room holding 8 and it hands you both figures and records nothing. A stock that accepts anything is worth nothing.

Questions
Your kitchen porter never touches the ERP. They have a phone and a scanner: they scan, they confirm, done. The management screen is yours.
It depends on your catalogue and your recipes: entering what you sell and what goes into it is the real work, not the install. We open one site at a time, starting with the one that worries you most, and the first is running before we touch the second.
Then stock lies, the same as before. That is why the phone does it all in one action, and why the screen refuses an impossible entry instead of accepting it quietly.
A sale can arrive from an outside till. It comes in through the same door as a sale entered here: same recipe, same stock movement, same margin, and it is never counted twice.
